National Medal Winners for 2015
Canadian Outdoor Singles
Two local Manitoba men made it all the way to the gold medal game with John Bjornson taking gold, and Leo Dusablon taking silver. Congratulations to these two fine local bowlers. The event was held at local Winnipeg clubs in September.
U25
After winning two silver in the under 18 last year and this year, Nate Jacobucci added another silver to his collection of silverware. This time it was a silver in the U25 category in Saskatoon. Nate lost in the gold medal game to National team development squad member Grant Wilkie, a local resident. Now it’s on to Toronto, where this talented young bowler will be skipping the Manitoba Men’s Triples team at the Nationals. Fabulous bowling, Champ.
Manitoba Junior Medal Wins Repeat History
For the second year in a row, Nate Jacobucci captured the silver and Rob Law won bronze in Saskatoon. This is just like their Junior National finish last year as history repeats itself. Great job boys. More medals for you and Manitoba.
