Bowls Manitoba has openings on the Board of Directors that need to be filled. Have you ever wanted to have a hand in policy making? Are you interested in shaping the future of bowls in MB? Your community needs you! Having a full and functioning executive is critical to our success and future viability. The Board meets (this includes semi-annual and annual general mtgs) for about two hrs, 4-6 times a year. One reward for volunteering is that Directors automatically recieve thier competitive funding for play @ The Canadian Championships.
Bowls Manitoba has exceptionally dedicated volunteers particulaly at the Executive/Director levels. The trouble is that they have been giving, a lot, for a very long time. Our best are tired and burning out. Time for some new blood. We’re looking for a Vice President and a Director of Competitions. Are you ready to do your part?
